Marius Budu, a very old friend and a brilliant artist, asked us to implement a new design and feature set for one of his clients, a consulting company named Mandel-Newman, based out of Toronto, Canada.
The resulting set, features an interface which is simple, concise and highly relevant to the user. At the same time, the administration interface was taylor-made to suit the owners, so as to provide little or no-effort in adapting to the new solution. The site is a simple presentation website, describing the services, views and opportunities that the company offers. Users also have the possibility to download a registration form, which can be used to sign up for one of the training sessions that the company provides.
“I could not be happier with the outcome of this project. Upon my initial meeting with my client, Mrs. Newman, I realized that the website and content management system had to be not only exceptionally intuitive but designed to look and feel like an interface she was already used to.
Sideways did this perfectly by emulating the Microsoft Word interface for the CMS of the website which made the learning curve for my client almost non-existent. It is of paramount importance to me and my firm that all of our clients are provided with a product that they can easily understand so that they may maximize its use and benefits.”
