Flemming Leitorp is one of the it photographers in Denmark at the moment, therefore, when Intense Studios commissioned us to develop his website we jumped at the challenge.
The site had to be a calling card and portfolio showcase, keeping the focus on the artist's work and maintaining the navigation elements unobtrusive. The tricky thing was getting this custom scrolling layout and the wide interface to work also on the iPhone browser. While technically everything is possible as you know, form a design and implementation this was a challenge.
This was a refreshing site to build, in all senses of the word. The beatiful clean-cut layout made it a joy to see our cod giving form and adding behavior to the design. The site seamlessly transitions from the desktop browser to the iPhone's Safari, adding design elements that make touch navigation a breeze.
The final product overwhelms with the richness of imagery. When you visit the site, you will be truly immersed in the brilliant work of Flemming Leitorp.
